COVID 19 is here, nobody can to go outside. How can they keep their body and mind healthy, without leaving home?

 

Idea

#Reto10DCristal a 10-day challenge with exercise routines, guided by the sports expert Fausto Murillo.
During the 10 days people will be able to take care of their mind and body, doing the exercises with Agua Cristal bottles.
